Very Good: A book that does not look new and has been read but is in excellent condition. No obvious damage to the cover, with the dust jacket (if applicable) included for hard covers. No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. May be very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. Very minimal wear and tear.

This is a guide titled, "Up To Date: The Complete Street Guide to Queens with Large Street Map" from 1956. This guide measures approx. 6" X 3". This guide features a nice fold out map of the city measuring 24" X 18" (Back of the guide). This map is in overall good condition showing some wear due to age. The book itself is in overall good condition. There is a minor crease to the front cover. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
