Item description from the seller
We just bought a large collection of newspapers and magazines! Please ask about bulk purchases. We are putting most of them into our Ebay Store, with a Buy It Now price. We have many more newspapers and magazines that aren't posted yet!
This is a Picture Parade Section of the Philadelphia Inquirer Newspaper from August 19th, 1945. This section features a nice cover covering the Japanese Surrender!! There are 16 pages in this section. The section is in overall good condition showing some wear and a few minor tears due to age; also there are tears on the front cover that have been repaired with tape. There is a nice cover, and great advertisements, articles & photos. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have. We have been on eBay for over 14 years, please bid with confidence! Please look at all of our lots currently offered on Ebay. We will be glad to combine winning lots, to help save postage. We have many newspaper volumes from different countries. International buyers, please note that the US Post Office has discontinued surface mail. Only Airmail is available. Please sign up to our emailing list for future savings and announcements.
