No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. May be very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. Very minimal wear and tear.

This is a softcover book entitled, "The Note Book of Elbert Hubbard" from 1927. There are 218 pages in this book. This book features short essays, passages, epigrams, and mattors of Elbert Hubbard. This book is in overall fair to good condition showing wear due to age. The outer covers show wear/rubbing. Pages 49 through 62 have paper loose/tears to the upper right side. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
