No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. May be very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. Very minimal wear and tear.

This is a hardcover volume entitled, "Index-Catalogue of the Library of the Surgeon General's Office" from 1920 (3rd series, Vol. II). This 650-page volume is in overall good condition showing some minor cover/spine wear/nicks and other wear and tear due to age. Please look at the photos and feel free to ask any questions you may have.
