This is a softcover Bulletin of The Bureau of Labor published by the Department of Commerce and Labor. This is No. 63 from March 1906. The bulletin is in overall fair condition. The outer covers show some nicks, creases and minor tears. The front cover has a tear in the upper right corner. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
