Very minimal wear and tear.

This is a book titled "Universal Classic Manuscripts" published by Walter Dunne from 1901. This book features great historical manuscripts photos. This book is in overall fair condition showing some wear due to age. The outer covers show wear including nicks and tears around the edges. The front board has detached. The back board is loose. This book is an ex library volume. There are some library stamps present. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
