No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. May be very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. Very minimal wear and tear.

This is a softcover book titled, "Gossipy Guide To The English Lakes". This book appears to be from the early 1900's. There are a total of 239 pages. This book is in overall fair condition. The outer covers show some wear, the back cover is torn. The spine has some damage to it. Some of the pages are loose at the back of the book. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
