This is a hardcover book titled, "The Washington Sketch Book - A Society Souvenir". This book is from 1895 and there are a total of 256 pages. This book is in overall fair to good condition. The outer boards show wear and stains. The inside pages are in overall very good to excellent condition. Some of the pages show foxing and staining at the top. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
