Very minimal wear and tear.

This is a lot of 12 different (complete year) issues of The English Illustrated Monthly Magazine from 1892. The issues included in this lot are: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December.

The English Illustrated Magazine was a monthly publication that ran for 359 issues between October 1883 and August 1913. Features included travel, topography, and a large amount of fiction and were contributed by writers such as Thomas Hardy, Henry James, Stanley J. Weyman and Max Pemberton. Illustrators included Walter Crane, Carlo Perugini, Alma-Tadema, Louis Davis and Louis Wain.[1] When it began publication, it was the only illustrated competitor to Cassell's Magazine.

This lot is in overall poor condition. There are nicks, tears, creases, paper loss, foxing and stains. There are torn and detached covers. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
