This is a book entitled The Seventy-Fifth Annual Report of the Boston Dispensary with The By-Laws, Act of Incorporation, etc, prepared by Samuel A. Green M.D., Superintendent from 1871. There are 24 pages. This book has nicks, staining and foxing. There are three holes along the left edge, where this may have been bound at one point in time. There is a rubber stamp from the Western Reserve Historical Society of Cleveland, Ohio. There is writing on the top of the front cover. The covers and pages are in overall fair condition. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
