This is a softcover book titled, "The Charter and By-Laws of The New York Historical Society". This is from 1865 and there are a total of 39 pages. The book is in overall fair condition. The outer covers show some wear, nicks and minor creases. The front cover and the first page are discolored at the bottom corner. Some of the pages show minor foxing. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
