This is a softcover book titled "Il Regal Museo Birbibuci" by Giovambastista Finati from 1842. The text is in Italian. The book contains its original wrappers, that are chipped and are showing wear. This is a second edition that is revised and corrected. It includes detailed descriptions of the painting, sculpture and objects collected by the Bourbon family from 1730 to 1840. It also includeds much information on the excavations and recoveries from Herculeum and Pompeii. There are 334 pages. The book is in overall good condition. The covers are torn and there is paper loss. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
